I am so blessed! I mean that sincerely! This past week-end Bill and I spent in Denver, CO at a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Convention. You can't see it in the first pic, but in the center, directly behind tthe flagpole is the blue CASA ribbon. This is on the state capital recognizing CASA. I had an opportunity to hear the renouned (or is it "infamous") Dr. Phil and his wife Robin give the keynote address. And yes, Robin really is THAT skinny and both were very sweet.

Bill and I are staunch supporters of volunteerism. We all need to give back, either though our church, an oerganization or maybe looking in on that little old lady that lives down the street. It's seeing beyond the tip of our nose to the world around us.
