Josephine came home Monday for a couple days. She had to have her car checked out and take care of insurance. While she was home, we went to the movies. This was something I'd been wanting to see. Bill and Jo humored me. Honestly, I was disappointed. Too many special effects and the kids were adolscents not-kids! Yes, I still liked it and I have to be careful because by nature I'm a critical person. I guess I just wasn't expecting the explosions and shooting and more explosions. I think I should have left Bill at home, grabbed Jo and gone to see a "chick flick." Next time... :-)

I'm running about 3 weeks late. That's okay. Bill's birthday party was Feb. 21st. Travers and I invited a few friends from Matt 25 and celebrated at a local restaurant, Fat Boys. The restaurant is kind of a Harley theme. Great BBQ! Jo came home, surprising Bill. There's a profile shot of Josephine. You'll catch a couple glimpses of Bill. If you know our good friend Terry Osborne, she's there and in purple. The first pic (how did that happen?) is Steve and Pauline - directors of Matt 25.

Bill hauled in the loot that day! I told people don't get him anything EXCEPT for a can of Pepsi. That's what he got. He was a happy man. The kids and I bought him a reciprocating saw. Something he'd been wanting for years. Yep! One happy man!
Two days later we were in Lubbock for Jos b'day. The first night the wind began blowing so bad, it felt like the camper was going to tip over. I grabbed my pillow and headed for the suburban. It was cold but I decided a lower profile might be safer. Bill toughed it out. I joined him about daylight the next morning.
